OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SK&T Integration, located at 7385 Greendale Rd. Unit #105, Windsor, CO (“Sponsor”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 3/9/2026 at 3:00 AM EST and ends on 3/16/2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter by scanning the QR code and completing the entry form with the required contact information.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Providing consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300
Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 3/17/2026 from all eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via the contact information provided within 3 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy & Marketing Communications
Participants may optionally choose to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Marketing consent is not required for entry and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of the prize.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Winner List
To request the winner’s name, send a request to: info@skandt.com within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
